GUARANTEES
Thank you for scrupulously respecting the rules set out below. In fact, for better processing of warranty returns and in order to satisfy requests as best as possible, it is necessary to follow the instructions.
GUARANTEED RETURN CONDITIONS
Our warranty period for defective products is 90 days from the date of purchase of the product.
Only the following products are covered by the warranty:
- Kits
- Batteries/Mods
- Disposable Puffs/Pods
The products must imperatively be returned:
- in their original packaging
- with their tanks emptied of all liquid (except disposable Puffs/Pods)
- protect in packages
A list of products must be included in the package with the following information:
- quantity of each product
- reference/name of each product allowing simple and quick identification
- date of purchase
- order number
GUARANTEED RETURNS
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the return is made under the full responsibility of the customer. The seller can not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage to the product by the carrier and no compensation or compensation of any kind whatsoever can be claimed from him.
Be sure to keep your tracking number provided by the carrier, as well as keep the proof of deposit given by the carrier.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS GUARANTEED
Upon receipt of the product we will keep you informed by email.
Once reviewed by our team and if the product is compliant, we will keep you informed by email. Then a credit will be generated on your customer account.
If the product is not compliant, we will also keep you informed. In this case, the products may be returned to you at your expense only.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have 14 days to change your mind. This is the right of withdrawal. This period concerns cases of purchase by internet, by telephone or by post (sale through printed catalogs received by La Poste). If you exercise this right, the seller must reimburse you for the goods or services ordered. However, some purchases are not affected:
- Goods that deteriorate or perish quickly
- Goods that you have opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
The withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the goods (tracking of the carrier used being authentic). Refusing delivery of the package or sending it back to us is not enough to express your desire to withdraw. To express your desire to withdraw, simply contact us via our contact form.
CONDITIONS WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Before returning a product to us, please check the following points:
- the product must be returned in its original packaging
- the product must not have been opened, either in part or in whole
- the product must always be sealed
- the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received
If one of these conditions is not respected, your right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

Upon receipt of the product we will keep you informed by email.
Once examined by our team and if the product is compliant, we will keep you informed by email that the refund will be made within 14 days. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the order.
If the product is not compliant, we will also keep you informed. In this case, the products may be returned to you at your expense only.
